Place bacon into the air fryer basket and drizzle with liquid Stevia.
Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.
Turn bacon halfway through the cooking time. Cook to desired doneness, checking at 9 minutes. (Smaller air fryers will cook much faster.)
When bacon is done, set aside to cool.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Add in maple flavored syrup.
Place bacon onto a sheet of parchment. Drizzle chocolate over bacon and place in refrigerator to cool and harden, about 5 minutes.
