 ½ cup almond meal
 2 tbsp salted butter
 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
 4 oz full fat cream cheese, room temperature
 1 large egg
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  cup powdered sweetener

Place almond meal, butter, and powdered sweetener in a food processor. Pulse until ingredients stick together and a dough forms.

Press dough into 4" springform pan then place the pan into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes.

When timer beeps, remove the crust and let cool.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese with egg, vanilla extract, and powdered sweetener until smooth.

Spoon mixture on top of baked walnut crust and place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Once done, chill for 2 hours before serving.
