In the mood for pizza but thinking about all the carbs? Is though, but after you try this yummy broccoli crust pizza you won't be missing out! This broccoli crust is the perfect alternative to regular pizza crust, it is low carb, flourless and simply delicious!

 1 large crown of broccoli
 1 large egg
 ½ cup grated Asiago cheese
 3 tbsp low-carb Alfredo sauce
 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning blend
 ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Grind the broccoli into rice in your food processor. In a large bowl, mix broccoli, egg, and Asiago.

Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket. Press out the pizza mixture to fit on the parchment, working in two batches if necessary. Place into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 5 minutes.

When the timer beeps, the crust should be firm enough to flip. If not, add 2 additional minutes. Flip crust.

Top with Alfredo sauce and mozzarella. Return to the air fryer basket and cook an additional 7 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbling. Serve warm.
