 1 medium zucchini, shredded
 12 oz cauliflower steamer bag
 ¼ cup coconut flour
 1 vegan flaxseed egg
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp ginger powder
 ¼ cup grated Asagio cheese

Cook cauliflower according to package instructions and drain excess moisture in cheesecloth or paper towel. Place into a large bowl.

Place zucchini into paper towel and pat down to remove excess moisture. Add to bowl with cauliflower. Add remaining ingredients.

Divide the mixture evenly and form four patties. Press into 1/4"-thick patties. Place each into the air fryer basket.

Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.

Fritters will be firm when fully cooked. Allow to cool 5 minutes before moving. Serve warm.
