It doesn't have to be meatless Monday for you to make this fantastic loaded cauliflower steak! This is a great way for kids to get their veggies dose and their protein intake at the same time. Plus your air fryer does most of the work in just a few minutes!

In a small bowl, mix cayenne, salt, pepper, garlic and oil. Brush the mixture over the cauliflower.
Place each cauliflower steak into the air fryer, working in batches if necessary.
Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes.
When cooked, edges will begin turning dark and caramelized.
To serve, sprinkle steaks with shredder cheddar cheese. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
