In a large bowl, place coleslaw, sour cream, mayonnaise, and jalapeños. Mix until fully coated. Let sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle fillets with chili powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Place each fillet into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.
Flip the fillets halfway through the cooking time. When fully cooked, fish should have an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
