Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat melt the butter, add the garlic, almond milk, heavy cream, cream cheese and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Whisk mixture until it is smooth and cheese has melted.
Add zucchini, and drained tuna. Turn off heat and stir until zucchini noodles are coated.
Pour into 4-cup round baking dish. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and cover the top of the dish with foil. Place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.
When 3 minutes remain, remove the foil to brown the top of the casserole. Serve warm.
