Add the ground chicken, cheese, Italian seasoning and salt to a bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Separate into four even parts.
Cut out four (6") circles of parchment and press each portion of the chicken mixture out onto one of the circles. Place into the air fryer basket, working in batches as needed.
Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 25 minutes. Flip the crust halfway through the cooking time.
Once fully cooked, remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings and sauce; cook 5 additional minutes.
