Pizza crust is very popular among little ones but your whole family will love this low carb delicious version. Use your family's favorite toppings to make homemade pizza night a hit with everyone at home.
Place mozzarella, coconut flour, and cream cheese in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth ball of dough forms. Add egg white and stir until soft round dough forms.
Press into a 6" round pizza crust.
Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket and place crust on parchment. Place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.
Flip after 5 minutes and at this time place any desired toppings on the crust and pour your marinara sauce across the top. Continue cooking until golden. Serve immediately.

Loved the recipe, but id suggest going with almond flour instead of coconut flour or a mix of the 2. Coconut and pizza aren’t the best combo
Great suggestion Jordan, I’ve tried both and loved both, but using almond flour instead of coconut flour is definitely an option.
