Cut the tops off of the jalapeños and slice down the center lengthwise into two pieces. Use a knife to carefully remove white membrane and seeds from peppers.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, place cream cheese, Cheddar, and garlic powder. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Spoon cheese mixture into hollow jalapeños.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each jalapeño half, completely covering pepper. Place into the air fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 12 minutes.
Turn the peppers halfway through the cooking time. Serve warm.
