Did you know you are able to make delicious air fryer egg bites that are Keto and Low Carb? They are great on the go breakfast option. You can meal prep these egg bites on a Sunday afternoon or whenever you meal prep and store them in some glass containers.
Prepped with just a few ingredients, including crisp bacon, these bomb bites are made quick and easy in the air fryer for a satisfying on-the-go breakfast.
Crack the eggs to a large mixing bowl.
Add in the cream, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Sprinkle in the green peppers, red peppers, onions, spinach, cheeses, and bacon and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into each of the silicone molds.
Cook the egg bites cups for 12- 15 minutes on 300 degrees in air fryer
Once cooked remove from air fryer
Serve with keto coffee
