The recipe is very simple: just a few ingredients out of the cupboard thrown together in a few seconds, and then mixed into extra-lean ground beef so that you’re getting a healthy, all pure beef burger. It’s also very filling, because each burger is a quarter-pound of pure beef before cooking.
Best of all, you can make this in the basket of a basket-type air fryer.

 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp Maggi seasoning sauce
 3 drops liquid smoke
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ½ tsp Onion powder
 ½ tsp Salt

Your cooking temperature will be 180 C / 350 F. You can spray the Air Fryer basket

In a small bowl, mix together all the seasoning items, from the Worcestershire sauce down to and including the dried parsley.

Add the seasoning to the beef in a large bowl. Mix well, but be careful not to overwork the meat as that leads to tough burgers.

Divide the beef mixture into 4, and shape the patties. Place the patties on the tray

Cook 10 minutes for medium (or longer to desired degree of doneness). There is no need to turn the patties. Serve hot on a bun with side dishes of your choice.
